The Superpower That’s Making Your Anxiety Worse
Even when they ask for it and you give it to them without hesitation? Walk away. Some people are just too toxic.
I DONT LIKE MYSELF FOR WHAT I DID TO MYSELF MANY YEARS AGO AS A YOUNG MOM, I ACTED WAY TOO HASTILY AND DIDNT LISTEN TO MY SPOUSE WHO IS A WONDERFUL PERSON! IT WAS JUST STUPID AND VERY WRONG! I really need to focus on the here and now and the many and truly blessings in my life, this planet is not my eternal home! 😢
what if they accept the apology but are totally different person now 🤔
Thanks, it was very refreshing
I really love your healthy approach towards emotions! Not viewing them as good or bad, but rather, just neutral and with a PURPOSE. Thank you this helped me sooo much just subscribed :)
God is love
vibe😎
What fun! yum😊
Some people won’t even allow you to approach them to apologize. 🤷🏽♀️🇨🇦
I hope you will reply my gf is angry from me because I have not taken her name in a function where I was asked to tell who's important to me. I just not wanted her name to be taken publically because I wanna kept it a secret now she's angry saying that if I am not important for you why are you coming to me over n over again go to those whose name you have taken. I really love her 😢. Please guide me she have blocked me she is not listening to me she is not even responding to my group messages.
Thank you

Thank you for making me feel better, because my family is trying to manipulate me into thinking the division in our family is due to me not accepting my sisters insincere apology. They are now trying to punish me for not accepting my sisters apology by not including me in their life. I don't care to be with them and I'm not 10 years old so all it does is make me glad to not be around the drama. I have done all I can do and they all have done the 'do not dos'. It was just as you said, and affected me just like you predicted. They should have respected my space and time to think.
I do think that no one should pay to meditate. You can find lots of videos for free on UA-cam. I used Balance , Headspace and Calm before. You don’t need them actually to learn meditation. Of course there is nothing wrong with them , but you can meditate without spending money on it. :)
I woke up 6.30AM and did some devotions and prayer. Hooray!
I try to assume the best. Most of my family has high anxiety 😂
If she apologize with attitudes thats not an apology. They should come nack a nother time when they really mean it
(sigh) complicated life
I’ve messed up a lot with someone very close to me and apologizing was a headache since 😢I had to do it countless times I just pray this helps and she forgives me
My friend who I had argued with and not talked with for quite a while finally called me today to go do watering activity together and was even honest about her plans and appeared comfortable talking to me. That's a win babe

The cure for anxiety is Dr Allison ,just breath deeply , listen her beautiful voice and look at her pretty face
Regret is the ego not willing to accept the shadow.
❤i use this when i go down the dark spiral. I have deep insecurities and fears about my husband and i use this to soothe myself. Thanku
Doc. What would be an example of something that cannot be excused? Something we could apologize for but we should not expect forgiveness?
I liked the beginning & the idea of re-visiting. I am just missing the recommendation when it is enough. Some people get in a vicious circle of apologizing and the others just reject or demand constant compensation, like a sort og punishment. Doc, what do we do in such cases? Tell them & walk away?
Too Good 💎 Could you suggest some best books to read for tackling self doubt and increasing self belief in testing times and uncertainty like job search process after a big career gap and gain momentum without being stuck in inaction or uncertainty..
What about someone wanting to not understand i messed up because of my mental health problems and not talking to me even after i explained it is not me but my condition. I know i hurt him but in that moment i was ill mentally. I think he believes i just don’t want to take accountability or something. Even after explaining it is not me but my condition he want talk to me. I feel punished for something i have no control over.
Is it childhood pattern or developed along our growth can i know doctor?
The Office when Michael tries to give a check to the lady bc of the “watermark on the paper” lol she says I don’t accept and he ends up telling her off not funny in real life but this was a funny episode lol
PLEASE COME Back to UA-cam, YOUR VIDEOS ARE SO HELPFUL❤😊
Please come back❤❤❤❤❤
Pleaseee come back to youtube❤❤❤
First, congratulations on being a mom. You’re gonna make a great one. ^^ umm, I really hope you make a video about anxiety when it comes to relationships. Idk if u already made something about it but i mean, I really have trouble with getting triggered by fundamentals that are keeping me away even from forming anything with anyone i like with peace. I have fear of getting insecurely attached to ppl. I’ve never been close to anybody. Never been in a relationship or had a close friendship with anyone. Idk how to handle these things i mean n dunno anything that would help me cope .. at least till i get to be able to see a therapist. Thank you!
So I’m not sure there’s anxiety or worry when I go to the worst case scenario. It’s more about keeping my eyes open for all the pitfalls or obstacles. Not necessarily expecting the outcome to actually be the worst case.
I love your content. I've never sought therapy but recently I've felt like it would be beneficial I feel anxious pretty constantly. I feel like no one I know talks about therapy and I wish more people would fight to make it more normal. Keep making videos I just subbed but I definitely find your input helpful and you deserve so many more viewers honestly but even helping the amount of people you are helping through youtube, it's still worth it.
IT WORKED THANKYOU
Detox tools to change your life is its True ?
I really appreciate your content. Subscribed. Keep up the good work.
I argued with my teacher and I apologized but she is not accepting it. I feel bad
How can I apply this to a break up? I apologized but was left on read? I broke up with him and apologized for some mean things I said. Everyone is telling he doesn’t owe me anything nor does he have to take me my apology & reply which is true, but how do I deal with the rejection?
it would have been better to apologize in person. But for now, you should just leave him some space and revisit the issue about a week later.
This is so helpful. I was looking for something like this after an argument with my partner and she told me I had a habbit of going worst case scenario.
You're a psychologist but you don't know how annoying it is to pay attention to somebody that's looking away from you? When professionals want to show off that they have more than one camera they look into the other camera. You would never see this on TV. Why do UA-camrs do it?
GOD BLESS YOU FOR MAKING THESE - thanks , 🫡🇺🇸
Should I apologize for treating him like if he were my son, by giving him tips? Should you apologize when you are being generous? He didn't ask for anything.
I actually wasn't disappointed with a new soulmate who shares my affinity for music and academics. I was proud of myself for trying to see if he was interested in me. So, I said, "I love honesty and there's no problem." I was not prepared to be blocked afterwards, but I realize that he must have been in a dark place to block me. I shouldn't take it personally. In fact, I can't because him blocking me after an apology makes no sense. Well, he had looked into my eyes deeply and touched my shoulders. So, maybe I was supposed to tell him that it does matter because I was able to tell that he is attracted to me. I'm not sure, but maybe getting blocked is just misplaced anger.
